If I could leave zero stars I would. The is the nastiest florist I have ever dealt with in all of my 76 years of being on this earth. My sister sent me a bouquet because I just had major surgery. I sent her a picture of what I received to thank her because it was sweet of her and her family to think of me. She said she was glad I thought they were beautiful because it didn’t look anything like what she ordered. She sent me a picture of what she ordered. The picture on the left is what she ordered & picture on right is what I received. When I called Port Royal Florist to tell them what had happened, the man answering the phone was very curt, and did not listen very well. He took my name but would not take my number saying they had the info. I heard nothing for 2 days, and I called again. Same man answered. He said he remembered having a conversation with me, and his owner told him to tell me to call the company through which it was ordered. When I tried to ask him which company that might be, his voice got belligerent saying there was nothing else he could do, and hung up on me. My husband made an order for Valentine’s Day with these people, and it was delivered three days before Valentine’s Day, and the quality of the roses was terrible. Every rose was brown and withered and discolored. Now they’re refusing to give us a credit back. Don’t use this company. They’re dishonest and have bad quality products. This dozen of roses cost $120.

I don’t understand why I’m seeing so many one star reviews. This place is awesome and my girlfriend is beyond happy!! I got a beautiful assortment of lily’s and roses (amazing condition) with chocolates and even a note that was written perfectly. Definitely coming back for more!!

Absolutely Disappointed – Will Never Order Again I had a terrible experience with Ava Flower. They completely messed up my flower delivery – it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. The arrangement was fulfilled by Port Royal Flowers, and it looked nothing like the photos. I’m attaching a picture of what I was supposed to get and what I actually received—it’s honestly shocking. Not only did I receive a cheap-looking, thrown-together arrangement, but it’s only been three days and most of the roses already look wilted and are on the verge of dying. The bouquet was also supposed to include red carnations—which were completely missing. I reached out to customer service, trying to give them a chance to fix it. A rep called me, took down my information, and asked what happened. I explained everything and told him I had photos to prove how bad it was. He promised to follow up, but of course, I’ve heard nothing since. This whole experience has been a complete joke. The quality was horrible, the flowers were already dying, and their customer service is just as bad. I gave them a chance to make it right, and they didn’t bother. Had flowers delivered on Tuesday. After two days they started dying. 4 days after buying they have all totally wilted. Called them about it and they hung up on me instantly and won’t call back.
